Please read this document carefully before using the cuci22 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below.
Acceptance of these terms and conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between cuci22 ("Platform", "we", "us") and each individual ("User", "you") who registers for, accesses, or uses the cuci22 platform available at our official website. This Agreement takes effect immediately upon completion of the account registration process or your use of any platform feature.
By using the cuci22 platform, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- You are legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement in the country or territory where you reside.
- You are using this platform voluntarily and solely for personal entertainment purposes.
- All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please stop using the cuci22 platform immediately.
Account creation, eligibility, and security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the cuci22 platform. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts. You are solely responsible for ensuring your registration details are accurate, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and valid bank account information. cuci22 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance purposes.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. cuci22 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the cuci22 support team immediately at [email protected] to have your account frozen.
User responsibilities and platform usage rules
As a cuci22 platform user, you agree to comply with all of the following rules without exception:
- Using the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent activity.
- Registering using another person's identity or personal information.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing any third party to use your account.
- Attempting to compromise, hack, or disrupt the cuci22 platform's security systems.
- Using payment methods that do not belong to you or that were obtained unlawfully.
- Ensuring all transactions are carried out using valid payment methods registered in your name.
- Adhering to the deposit and withdrawal limits set by the platform from time to time.
- Reporting any technical errors or account balance discrepancies to the support team.
- Using the platform solely for personal entertainment and not for any commercial resale purpose.
Payment information, deposits, and withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the cuci22 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring deposits are made through platform-approved payment methods, including local online banking via FPX and supported digital wallets.
Deposit: Deposits will be credited to your account balance once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. Processing times vary depending on your chosen payment method and current banking network conditions. cuci22 is not liable for delays caused by third parties, including banks and digital wallet operators.
Withdrawals: Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account that has been registered and verified in the same user's name. Withdrawal requests that do not meet identity verification requirements or the minimum criteria set by the platform may be held pending until the review is complete. cuci22 reserves the right to request additional proof before approving any withdrawal.
Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or other charges that may apply to winnings or transactions made through the cuci22 platform.
Account suspension, closure, and limitations of liability
Cuci22 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable grounds to believe that the user has violated any terms of this agreement, engaged in fraud or unlawful activity, used multiple accounts, or failed to comply with identity verification requests. Any remaining balance in an account closed due to a breach will be subject to investigation and may not be returned, depending on the outcome of that investigation.
The cuci22 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of information, uninterrupted availability of the platform, or its fitness for any particular purpose. cuci22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including balance losses resulting from technical disruptions beyond our control. cuci22's total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that user within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Intellectual property, third-party links, and changes to terms
All content on the cuci22 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, images, and software code — is the exclusive intellectual property of cuci22 or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without the express written consent of cuci22.
The cuci22 platform may contain references or information relating to third-party services such as payment providers and game providers. cuci22 is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or conduct of any third party. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and conditions, and users are advised to read these before proceeding with any transaction.
Cuci22 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page with a clearly stated update date. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Malaysia.
